Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Boston KBA (Boston Kitchen Bath ADU Remodeling, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information through bostonkba.com. If you have questions, email info@bostonkba.com or call 714-803-4073.

Information you give us

When you request an estimate or send a project profile through our project planner, we collect the information you enter, which can include your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, project type and details about your project such as size, scope, finish level, timeline and any notes you add. We also record the page the request was sent from and when it was received.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a consultation and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it is stored

Requests are stored in the administration area of our website, which is hosted by our web hosting provider, and a copy is sent by email to our business inbox. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site. To prevent spam, our forms temporarily use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it is discarded after about an hour.

The project planner saves your answers in your browser’s session storage so you do not lose them if you move between pages. That information stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use cookies that are necessary for it to function. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as city and town permitting pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Retention

We keep project requests for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing info@bostonkba.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website is intended for adults planning home improvement projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
